The Last of Us Remastered in PlayStation Plus for October
Sony Interactive Entertainment released titles that will be available to PlayStation Plus subscribers in October. PlayStation 4 owners will be offered The Last of Us: Remastered and MLB: The Show 19.
We have learned about the titles that will be available to PlayStation Plus subscribers in October. The first one is The Last of Us: Remastered, a remastered version of a survival horror action-adventure game from Naughty Dog, originally released on PlayStation 4 in 2014. The game takes us on a journey to a world where a mysterious plague that turns people into terrifying, mutant creatures. Its main characters are a man named Joel and a teenage girl named Ellie, who are trying to survive in this hostile reality. During the game we have the opportunity to face both aggressive monsters and human enemies; the title allows us to deal with adversaries quietly or in open combat. In addition to the story campaign, an extensive multiplayer mode is waiting for you to check it out.
Second title is MLB: The Show 19, which is the next installment of the baseball simulator series. In the game, players can take on the role of managers of a selected team, and also take direct control of its members during a match. The pillar of the game is the extensive career mode, i.e. Road to the Show; apart from that we can find here single matches and tournaments, as well as two modes: Moments (where we can experience the most important events in the history of this sport) and March to October (a quick battle for the title of champion). Of course, there is no shortage of multiplayer modes as well.
PS Plus is a paid service for PlayStation users. The subscription includes at least two free games, the ability to play online, exclusive discounts on PS Store, priority to play selected titles and 100 GB of space for your cloud saves. The service is available under the following subscriptions: 1 month ($9.99), 3 months ($24.99) and 12 months ($59.99).

Finally, let's recall that February was the last month when we were able to add PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 3 games to our virtual library. Since March, subscribers have only been receiving two games for PlayStation 4. So far Sony has no plans to make any further changes to the PlayStation Plus formula.
