The Outlast Trials is the third game from the Outlast franchise. As the title suggests, developer Red Barrels does not prepare a direct continuation of Outlast II. Instead, we will get a prequel that will enable us to play both alone and in co-op mode.

The official Twitter account of Red Barrels studio, the creators of the Outlast series, has a mysterious announcement. The developers revealed that soon we will probably get some tangible information about the third installment of the survival horror series.
