Garcia is a character who specializes in hitting hard via a sizable critical damage chance. It is advisable for her to kill as many enemies as possible, because then she gets further DMG bonuses. It is a good idea to equip her with Verdict of Justice or Rays of the Sun Tarots. Below is the best build for her:
- RK1 – Lock On – This skill passively lowers the DEF of an enemy unit with the largest P. ATK at the beginning of the turn.
- RK3 – Taste of Blood - For one turn it will buff your ATK, and on top of that you will get rid of 3 debuffs and renew your health.
- RK5 – Fatal Reaping – A skill that allows you to perform Assisting Attack if your opponent is within 3 tiles of cross-shaped range and Dying. This means that you will perform a Piercing DMG dealing damage equal to half of the target's lost health.
- RK7 – Spinning Blade – You drag the enemy to you, dealing damage to them. When you kill an opponent with this skill, you regenerate 2 NRG points.
- RK9 – Painful Cutting – Basic attack buff that turns into a triple slash. When you attack an Injured enemy, Crit is increased by 25%.
- RK11 – Gale Dance – AoE skill that deals damage to all enemies within two tiles. It applies a Crit II buff before performing this attack.
