STALKER Community Has Reason to Be Happy; Post-Apocalyptic Shooter Received Mods on Consoles
The console game S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy received mod support. You can install community-prepared content via the mod.io platform.

If there's something that console gamers can envy PC gamers for, it's certainly the numerous mods created by the community. Of course, this doesn't mean that all games available on Xbox or PlayStation don't offer support for mods, but these are rare cases, such as Bethesda titles. Joining this list today is S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy, which, thanks to the mod.io group, received support for user-generated content.
The time to customize your console S.T.A.L.K.E.R. experience is here!
With the help of master tinkerers from the friendly faction mod.io, stalkers are now free to create and install mods for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy on Xbox and PlayStation. Make the original Zone look different on the consoles with new animations, textures, models, videos and sounds.
To start downloading mods, first of all, you need to create an account on mod.io and then apply one of two options:
- first - going to a specially prepared page, where all the content shared by the community is located, divided into individual titles and platforms;
- second - direct installation of mods from within the game.
For people who want to get more information, the devs have prepared a special FAQ. We learn from it, among other things, that playing with mods doesn't disable the acquisition of achievements, which will certainly please many players. For those of you who are interested in creating mods, a short guide has been developed.
