Sony Finally Repaired Game Download List on PC
Sony has been rebuilding its network infrastructure for some time. This entails many expected changes. The latest is a completely new version of the game download list that we can use on PC.
- Sony has prepared a new version of the game download list on PC.
- It shows shopping, recently launched titles, and games received via PlayStation Plus.
After many years, Sony has picked up rebuilding the PlayStation PC store and developing a decent library of games on PC. If you've had a lot of digital titles, attempts to navigate your catalogue on PC were a torment. The new tab enables you to filter games by platform, browse recent games and check out the list of things you're currently downloading.
After logging in to library.playstation.com we are welcomed by the view of recently purchased games. In the tab next to it we can see the last 50 titles launched on our console and the download list. A little further down, we see the tab for games from PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now.
However, those who have been with Sony for a little longer than the launch of PlayStation 4 will be disappointed. In the new library view, we've been denied access to games from PSP, PS3, and PS Vita. We can still manage the titles from these platforms from the console level, but as has been rumored for some time now, Sony is cutting itself off from older hardware and prepares the infrastructure common to PS4 and PS5.
