How does Songs of Conquest perform?
According to IGN journalist, even the early version of Songs of Conquest offers a lot of fun.
The game is not a revolution. The game rather faithfully sticks to the basic formula, which the players may know from the first installments of the Heroes series.
Just like in the iconic titles from years ago, in Songs of Conquest players explore vast maps full of artifacts, resources and other surprises. Clashes take place in smaller arenas covered in hex grid.
During the battles we control the movements of ordinary soldiers and the hero supports them with special skills and spells.
The game was enriched by with many small innovations and improvements by the devs, thanks to which it does not seem to be just more of the same, but offers a breath of fresh air.
