Want to explore the world of Skyrim in CK3? This modification offers a huge map and a lot of new features.
Fans of The Elder Scrolls universe are well aware of the vast and distinctive world we explore in each installment of the series. Therefore, it is not surprising that locations known to fans of Skyrim or Oblivion had to make their way into a completely different game, namely Crusader Kings 3. A modification called Elder Kings II offers a large world, many playable races and quite a few new features..
Skyrim in CK3
Elder Kings II is not a new mod - we mentioned it in the past, when it was not yet completed. The full version combines the gameplay known from CK3 with the universe of The Elder Scrolls, so there will be something for lovers of both brands. In addition to Skyrim, we will also be able to visit other well-known lands, such as Morrowind and Elsweyr.
Elder Kings 2 can boast a large and detailed map, as well as new mechanics that were created for the mod. Among others, we can find here:
- all 10 playable races from the main game others like Tsaesci, Lilmothiit, Goblins, Kothringi,
- magic,
- vampires,
- religions,
- new governments: Autocracy, Pirates, Altmers and others.
To run the mod, CK3 is required, but DLCs are not necessary, although if you have them, you will be able to take advantage of additional features. The developers informed that in order to play in Cyrodill it is worth having the Royal Court DLC.
More information on Elder Kings 2 can be found on the mod's Steam workshop page. This is also where you download it, although alternatively you can also get it via Nexus Mods..
