Rockstar Games is Preparing an Open-world VR Game
Video Games Deluxe, a gamedevs studio associated with Rockstar Games and founded by co-creators of L.A. Noire and L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files, is working on an open-world AAA title developed with VR sets in mind.

IN A NUTSHELL:
- Video Games Deluxe - founded by co-creators of L.A. Noire and L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files - is working on another project;
- It will be an open-world AAA game created for VR goggles;
- The game is created for Rockstar Games (VDG has been working exclusively with the creators of the GTA series for several years).
Rockstar Games is planning to release an open-world AAA game dedicated to VR goggles. The title is being developed by Video Games Deluxe, a studio founded by Brendan McNamara and former Team Bondi employees (creators of L.A. Noire, who also have worked on L.A. Noirce: The VR Case Files). The information appeared in a note published on LinkedIn (concerning new job offers).

Unfortunately, no additional details were given about this project, but the very idea of of a VR sandbox AAA title being made sounds interesting. VR goggles users do not have access to many games of this type, especially those created by recognized developers. Is this another hit in the making, in the vein of Half-Life: Alyx? All that remains is to wait for more information.
