Road Redemption—an arcade racing game by Dark Seas Interactive and the spiritual successor to the cult Road Rash series by Electronic Arts—has now got the final release date (thanks, Eurogamer). The title is going to launch on PC (Windows and Mac OS) on October 15, 2016. The console versions, namely the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One ones, will follow in January 15, 2017. As for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 editions, they have been indefinitely postponed. The Wii U version is being “re-evaluated”. Road Redemption was initially planned to come out in August 2014. It has been in Steam Early Access since September 2014 and has so far gathered over two thousand positive reviews. You can get it for PC at 11,99€ until July 4 when the Steam Summer Sale ends and the price switches back to 19,99€.
