Riot Should Leave This Bug in LoL Because the Effects are Awesome
There's a pretty random interaction between the characters Jhin and Sylas in League of Legends. It looks amazing, and players are hoping that this „graphical bug” of animation will not be fixed.
Interactions between characters in League of Legends continue to surprise. Some time ago the fans noted one such case between Leona and Sivir, and now an unintentional, but still impressive, synchro between Jhin and Sylas has come to light.
"It's not a bug, it's a feature"
Players unanimously agreed that the interaction presented by youtuber Vandiril should stay in the game. In fact, the community would even like Riot to add synth-wave music to the game as well, as it perfectly matches the style of Project and Dark Cosmic skins..
The vidoe below presents how the aforementioned interaction looks like in LoL. It is worth noting that the music, which fuels the synth atmosphere, was added to the video by Vandiril.
Zoe also interacts with Jhin
Jhin's special ability with the Dark Cosmic skin, however, does not only fit Sylas. As Vandiril also presented, the character's ult also "encapsulates" the E skill of Zoe's EGD skin.
Admittedly, it no longer looks as spectacular as the Sylas gig, but it's still an interesting flavor in the game.
Why is Jhin's R "shutting down" animations?
If you are wondering why Dark Cosmic Jhin is able to limit the animation field of other characters, one of the users decided to explain this matter.
In the comment he wrote that this is due to the texture masks colliding. In theory, dividing the graphics into different layers is to protect them from glitches, but sometimes, as in the case of Jhin, Zoe and Sylas, they overlap, which create an interesting visual effect.
This explanation also supports the notion that the interaction discovered by the youtuber is basically pure coincidence. Therefore, the theory that Riot intentionally hid this detail has no basis.
