Resident Evil 2 demo will be available before the game release
TrueAchievements has received new information about the Resident Evil 2 demo. The sneak peak version of RE2 is expected to appear on 11th of Janury, 2019.
TrueAchievements journalists reached the demo product card of the upcoming remake of Resident Evil 2 in the Xbox Store. According to the gathered info, a demo version of RE2 Remake - about which we heard rumors a few weeks ago - will be released on 11 January (i.e. two weeks before the release of the game). It will enable a free 30-minute gameplay for the players. There are no other restrictions, so it's up to gamers what they will actually see during their gameplay. Importantly, the demo will disappear from the shop on January 31. Also, the demo requires an active Internet connection.
This specially tuned demo allows you to experience the newly reimagined Resident Evil 2, but be warned: whilst you can continue as many times as you like after dying, you’ll only have 30 MINUTES to complete the demo. Take in the horror atmosphere at your own pace, or make a desperate dash to solve all the puzzles Raccoon Police Department has to offer? The choice is yours! The refreshed Resident Evil 2 was announced in August 2015. It is worth noting that it will not be just a remaster, but a fully-fledged remake, created almost from scratch and offering numerous improvements in gameplay mechanics and audio-visual setting. The first trailer of this production was presented during the Sony conference on the E3 2018. The game will debut on January 25, 2019 on PS4, PC and Xbox One platforms.
