Remnant 2 - How to Make Nimue Sleep
In Remnant 2 you will meet many interesting characters. Probably one of the most important ones is Nimue. If you want to put her to sleep, we're here to help you with that.
The sudden success of Remnant 2 surprised even its creators. The intriguing, post-apocalyptic world of nightmares drew in many players. Speaking about nightmares – you have probably already met Nimue. She introduces herself as a goddess of the Fae, but it seems that even gods need to sleep. In this case, singing a lullaby won’t do. If you want to learn how to put her to sleep, you’re in the right spot.
How to make Nimue sleep
Sleeping Nimue is an event that you can encounter in the game. It is something that a player has no direct control over. There is no item that can put her to sleep or nothing you can do in the normal means, but there is a simple method of how to force this event to happen.
What you have to do in order to encounter Nimue in her slumber, is to constantly fast travel between Nimue’s Retreat and any other location of your choosing. Every time you teleport to her spot, check if she’s sleeping. If not, simply teleport elsewhere, rinse and repeat until you see her lying on her arm resting.
Why sleeping Nimue is important
There is a purpose for pestering goddess and waiting for her to get bored and fall asleep. While she is resting, you can get Nimue’s Dream by using Dreamcatcher. To do that, you have to prepare beforehand. It is not an easy task, as you will have to:
- Collect 3 Stone Carved Dolls in Morrow’s Sanatorium in Losomn,
- With all the toys collected, go to Head Doctor in the asylum’s basement,
- Free her by obtaining a door key from the third floor of the asylum,
- Get Nightweaver Stone Doll from the prison cell and offer it to Nightweaver’s Web.
All those steps will reward you with Dreamcatcher. With this weapon obtained, approach Nimue crouching while she’s asleep. Attack her bracelet with Dreamcatcher. That will collect Nimue’s Dream. Use the newly obtained item to travel to Retreat’s Horizon and gather Amamy’s Echo. With that done, head to Ava McCabe in Ward 13 and craft Crescent Moon bow, which is arguably one of the most powerful weapons in the game.
