Red Dead Online - Hacker Blows Up Popular Streamers
A hacker is harassing Red Dead Online streamers. He does this by teleporting all players on the server to one spot and then blowing them up. The attack is carried out in such a way that victims often blame the attacked streamer for the situation.
IN A NUTSHELL:
- A hacker is harassing streamers playing PC version of RDR Online;
- The person responsible for the attacks teleports all players on the server to one spot and then blows them up;
- The game informs the victims that the attacked streamer is behind the killing of their characters.
A certain hacker apparently liked harassing Red Dead Online streamers (only in PC version). He teleports all users who are currently on the server to one place and then blows them up with explosives. A dedicated thread with videos showing numerous situations of this type was created on Reddit.

It's worth noting that according to the information provided by the game, the attacked streamer is responsible for killing the other players, which causes them additional problems. The hacker is able to track their user name on Rockstar's platform, so he is able to harass the streamer as long as he wants.
Some users indicate that situations of this type are another proof that RDR Online should have received private lobbies long ago.
"All can be fixed, if they just allow private lobbies with no limited functions, seriously questioning why Rockstar won’t allow it," argues HamaTamago.
Other players believe that the solution is to implement in the game an anti-cheater system similar to that used by other productions.
"It's a shame that the rockstar can't make a good anti-cheat for online games like GTA / RDR2... I don't play online for reasons like this...,", LordGhost2997 writes.
Everything seems to indicate that at the moment there is no way to deal with the hacker - one can only hope that he will choose another victim.
