Ratchet & Clank Will Get a 60 FPS Patch on PS5 [UPDATED]
Insomniac Games, the developers of Ratchet & Clank, announced that in April the game will receive a patch that will enable it to better use the power of PS5. We will be able to play at 60 fps.
Update:
It looks like work on the discussed patch for Ratchet & Clank was finished a bit earlier than originally planned, and it's now available.
Original message:
Insomniac Games announced that Ratchet & Clank - a remake of the 2002 action adventure game, which was re-released a few years ago on PlayStation 4 and runs on PlayStation 5 thanks to backward compatibility - will soon receive a patch dedicated to the latter. The patch will enable us to play at 60 fps. The update will debut in April.
It is worth remembering that the game in question can be added to one's library for free as part of the Play At Home campaign (until April 1). Work is also underway on a full-fledged sequel, titled Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. The sequel is created for the PS5 and will appear on this console on June 11, this year.
