At one time medical procedurals were very popular. Several of them still exist, and Grey's Anatomy remains the most popular. Now Netflix has decided to take an interest in the genre by creating its first medical procedural, which is Pulse. Given that these productions have their fans, Netflix's series may find its audience and even get new people interested in the genre.

When is Pulse coming out on Netflix?

The production, of course, will be released on streaming. Pulse is scheduled to premiere on April 3, 2025. And like all Netflix productions, the series will be available on the platform at 12:00 a.m. PT. So you can circle the date on your calendar and plan a screening of the new medical series.

What is Pulse about?

Pulse is meant to show what happens when the people you work with become as close to you as family. In the series, a group of residents in the ER at a Miami hospital deal with medical crises and personal dramas as divisive allegations loom in the background.

The story will focus on the fate of an unflawed third-year medical resident Danny. She receives an unexpected promotion when Maguire's respected chief resident Dr. Xander Phillips is suspended. Danny and Phillips must learn to work together while navigating their complicated relationship and dealing with the fact that their affair is beginning to come to light.
