Play StarCraft and StarCraft: Brood War campaigns in StarCraft II thanks to this mod
StarCraft: Mass Recall modification appeared online, introducing original StarCraft and StarCraft: Brood War campaigns remade in the sequel. The mod requires the latest version of Heart of the Swarm.
If you want to revisit or get familiar with good old StarCraft but are afraid of its 17-year-old graphics (no disrespect meant), you can now do so with this new StarCraft II mod called StarCraft: Mass Recall. Modders managed to remake StarCraft and Starcraft: Brood War campaigns in StarCraft II. This includes 68 maps – 59 from the original game and its expansion, 3 that were hidden, and 6 from the pre-release demo. In order to play it, you should own the newest version of Heart of the Swarm. Next month we expect to lay our hands on Legacy of the Void, the third and final part of StarCraft II trilogy. Right now fans can play through a 3-mission prologue called Whispers of Oblivion, available for everyone for free. This makes up a story bridge between Heart of the Swarm and the upcoming title.
