Play PayDay 2 for free until April 12

Overkill has launched The Search for Kento community event, which runs through April 12. During this period the game is free to play.

All those interested in PayDay 2 can now play it for free through April 12 on Steam. Within this time frame you can also grab the sequel of the popular online heist game and all its DLC packs at a 75% discount, which means $4.99 for the base game. What’s the occasion? Yesterday Overkill launched a 10-day community event called The Search for Kento. Here is the trailer of the event:

Apart from a couple of story-based missions, built around Jiro’s endeavours to find his missing son Kento, players can count on free goodies, new features, community challenges and other surprises. One of these are new members of the Paper gang – with some basic manual skills you can print, cut and fold your own paper PayDay 2 characters and place them all over the room (but not too close to where you hold your cash).
