Pacific Drive is a unique mix of survival and roguelite gameplay that has been very warmly received by players. A couple of days ago, developers from Ironwood Studios announced that the game has sold 600,000 copies. Additionally, this title is currently on sale.

So, what is this game about? You find yourself on the northwest coast of the USA, in an area filled with anomalies called the Olympic Exclusion Zone. You'll explore this place in an old car, which you can modify over time. This guide will teach you how to unlock the Detailing Station.

How to unlock the Detailing Station in Pacific Drive

In Pacific Drive, at some point, you must unlock the Detailing Station. It's a place where you can modify your car's appearance. While it's not an essential element for keeping your car in good condition, it allows you to use your imagination.

Like most things in Pacific Drive, you can unlock the Detailing Station in the Fabrication Station. It's one of the first blueprints in the garage tab (yes, you can change the tabs). To do this, you must first unlock the Matter Deconstructor. Additionally, you must have a Craft Mat and the correct materials in your inventory:

  1. 20 x Scrap Metal
  2. 5 x Rubber
  3. 5 x Electronics
  4. 0.5 kLIM Stable Energy

Next, you should choose the place where the Detailing Station will stand in the garage. Once you place it, you will be able to change your car's appearance with bobbleheads, stickers, or mirror decors.
