Next ETS2 Expansions Takes Us to Greece; Trailer Available
SCS Software does not stop working on expansions for Euro Truck Simulator 2. Barely has the West Balkans DLC debuted on the market, and the studio has already announced another one. The hero of the new DLC will be Greece.
If you thought that after the release of West Balkans DLC for ETS2 the game's developers, SCS Software, will take some rest, you were sorely mistaken. The Czechs are working on another DLC that will take virtual truckers to picturesque Greece.
A new announcement from the devs reveals that in addition to traversing winding inland roads, players will also visit islands belonging to this enchanting country. About 14 cities will be waiting to be visited.
The DLC will also introduce new economic branches with hotels and cotton farms at the forefront. Players should therefore not complain about the lack of varied assignments.
"As a truck driver, get ready for the enchanting charm of Greece, a place that goes beyond the ordinary and promises an unforgettable journey through the sun-bathed coastline and cultural wonders of this Mediterranean gem," the announcement reads.
When can we expect the expansion to be released? It's still too early for the devs to reveal the date, but we shouldn't have to wait as long as with previous DLCs. The developers revealed that unlike the standard schedule, in which pre-production took almost a year, with Greece the process will be significantly accelerated.
"Get ready for the many exciting new things this country has in store. Whether it's industry, nature, landmarks, road networks or a host of other intriguing content," the developers added.
For dessert, SCS Software has released the first trailer for the upcoming DLC. You can watch it below.
