Multiplayer and Coop in Dyson Sphere Program
For now, developers do not comment the possibility of multiplayer or coop in Dyson Sphere Program. We can read in their FAQ on Discord channel that:
Will the game have multiplayer or online features?
Dyson Sphere Program is singleplayer only right now.
As you can see, it is not officially stated that it will never happen, but it is not a focus point at the moment. Developers concentrate on singleplayer content. Though, we wouldn’t be surprised, if the multiplayer update appeared at some point after full release of the game. However, at this point we can only wait or hope that modders will help developers.
Multiplayer Mod in Dyson Sphere Program
Some players report that the mod called Nebula used to work quite well as a substitute of the official multiplayer mode. However, it does not anymore. It is probably due to the new Rise of the Dark Fog update. For the modification to work, modders will have to patch it also.
