Dyson Sphere Program is an economic strategy which recently received the Rise of the Dark Fog update, adding some enemies. During the game, you will end up on an alien planet and you must start your own industrial empire there. One of the structures you can build is the Signal Tower. In this guide you will find out what you can do with it.
Signal Towers in Dyson Sphere Program
Signal Towers are important element in your base defense. They allow you to extend the range of your missile turrets almost indefinitely. You will be able to deal with your opponents faster. In addition, you can also use Signal Towers to attack Dark Fog facilities.
How does it work? Signal Towers have a specific range of operation. So, you can place these buildings in such a way that their zones overlap. This will create one large area. When you place a turret on the influenced terrain, it will automatically cover its entire range.
- In this way, when enemies attack a specific place, all turrets located within the zone's range will join the defense.
- You can also place Signal Towers in place so that their range covers the Dark Fog outpost. Then the turrets will start shooting and you will be able to deal with the outpost without any problems.
You have to remember, however, that Signal Towers can also attract opponents. This will increase the frequency of attacks.
