More Details on Stardew Valley 1.5; Possible Launch in 2020
Thanks to developer Eric Barone's Twitter entry, we learned some new details about the planned 1.5 update for Stardew Valley. We also know the approximate release date of the patch on PC.
IN A NUTSHELL:
- Patch 1.5 for Stardew Valley is about to go live;
- The patch will introduce, among other things, a new type of farm and enable players to modify various game settings to better suit their expectations.
Eric Barone, the creator of the popular Stardew Valley, has published on Twitter a handful of information on the 1.5 update for the game. We will receive a new type of farm and several advanced features to customize the game to our expectations.
The new type of farm will be the so-called Beach Farm. This place will offer a lot of free space and good conditions for fishing and foraging. In addition, the sea will from time to time throw ashore a box with more or less useful items. The downside of this location is that the sandy soil will not allow for the use of sprinklers.
As for the new options, there will be several. Players will be able to choose how the game will use the content available in the so-called Community Center (one of the buildings that can be found in Pelican Town), and also decide what treasures they will encounter in the mines. We will also receive an option to turn on or off the monsters appearing on the farm, which will surely make people not interested in this part of the game happy.
Patch 1.5 for Stardew Valley doesn't have a specific release date yet, but it should make its debut soon - on PCs perhaps before the end of this year.
