Good News for Puzzle Fans; Mini Metro and Mini Motorways Got Free Maps
To celebrate the brand's 10th anniversary, Mini Metro and Mini Motorways received updates with new maps. Both games are also discounted on Steam.
Mini Motorways has received an update with new content. It was released to celebrate the brand's 10th birthday (it was started with the F2P game Mind The Gap in 2013).
- The patch added three popular maps from Mini Metro to Mini Motorways - London, Mumbai and New York.
- The update also includes a brand new building type: train stations.
- The developers also did not forget about Mini Metro, which in turn got three maps from Mini Motorways in the form of Tokyo, Lisbon and Warsaw. New screen frames and features for creating animated GIFs have also been added.
Both games have also been discounted on Steam. The offers will remain valid until July 31.
Recall that Mini Motorways is a hybrid of three genres: strategy, puzzle and simulation game, released in 2021. In this title, our goal is to create a highly efficient network of roads in various metropolises scattered around the world.
In turn Mini Metro is a minimalist arcade-logic game from 2015, in which the player's task is to expand a subway line in a fast-growing modern metropolis. The project is an expansion of ideas from Mind The Gap, developed in 48 hours for the Ludum Dare 26 competition.
