Medieval Dynasty, a life simulator set in the European Middle Ages ,will launch today. The early version of the game will go on sale in Steam Early Access. Polish devteam at Render Cube is developing the project.
The game is to spend at least six months in early access, but a lot will depend on how the title will be accepted by the players and what changes will be suggested by them.
The version that will debut in Early Access today, will offer all basic gameplay mechanics. We will get a refined and easy to learn interface and an extensive series of adventures that will introduce the game world. In the following months, the devs want to focus on improving the mechanics and expanding content.
The game is difficult to classify as it combines elements of many different genres. We will get an open world that we will explore from first-person perspective. Character progression and combat will be like in action RPGs, but there will also be significant strategic aspects, boiling down to village management and trading. All this will be enhanced by survival mechanics.
