Microsoft Announces Monthly Presentations of XSX Games

Microsoft has shared its plans for 2020. As it turns out, Thursday's Inside Xbox will start a series of events, during which the company will present novelties prepared for Xbox Series X (but not only that).

IN A NUTSHELL:
  1. Inside Xbox, which will take place on May 7, will be devoted to third-party games coming to Xbox Series X;
  2. Microsoft has announced that the titles it is preparing for its next-gen console will be shown in July;
  3. Xbox Series X and Halo Infinite are expected to launch before this year's Holidays.

Since last week we have known that an Inside Xbox event will take place on May 7, dedicated to Xbox Series X. As it turns out, it will begin the Xbox 20/20 series, where Microsoft will present news prepared for the players on a monthly basis.

As revealed by the company, Thursday's Inside Xbox will be devoted to the games of third-party developers (incluing such titles as Assassin's Creed: Valhalla as well as smaller independent games). Moreover, the publisher will share with us a list of items that will use the Smart Delivery feature (thanks to it, when purchasing a given title in the Xbox One version, we will receive a free edition for Xbox Series X and vice versa).

It is highly likely that we can assume that Halo Infinite is one of Microsoft's games that we will see in action in July.

As for the July event (because June is currently shrouded in mystery), it will be the occasion, on which we will see the games prepared by the teams that are part of Xbox Game Studios. As Microsoft informs, currently fifteen teams are working on games for Xbox Series X.

Microsoft's other plans for 2020 include further expansion of the Xbox Game Pass service for PCs and consoles, as well as its integration with Project xCloud (company's streaming platform), which is to appear "in new countries and on new devices". It is worth adding that we have received another assurance that this year's launch of Xbox Series X (and Halo Infinite) is not threatened, so we will be able to buy the console before Holidays.
