Insomniac Games and Sony Interactive Entertainment have released a launch trailer for Marvel's Spider-Man 2. The footage gives us a look at the challenges that Peter Parker and his friend and fellow gamer Miles Morales will face.
Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is heading exclusively for PlayStation 5. The game will debut on October 20. It is worth recalling that first reviews of this game will appear tomorrow at 1:00 a.m. PST.
- Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is the second installment of the open-world TPP action game series launched in 2018.
- The main characters of the game are Peter Parker and Miles Morales. This time, the two Spider-Men have to face three adversaries, led by Kraven the Hunter (Sergei Kravenoff) who is hunting for the Lizard (Dr. Curt Connors). Things are complicated by the fact that Peter's behavior has changed drastically since he gained new powers associated with a certain black costume. As you can easily guess, the latter is Venom, who grows into the third enemy of our heroes.
- Just like the first part of the series, Marvel's Spider-Man 2 will put at our disposal an open world. In addition to the locations known from the original, the districts of Queens and Brooklyn will be waiting to be visited.
- During the game you will be able to take control of both Peter and Miles. Each of the protagonists will have individual skills, among which we will find both abilities known from previous games under this banner, as well as a number of new ones. On the list of the latter the most prominent is the ability to glide, thanks to which our characters will be able to stay in the air longer without having to reach for the spider web.
- Marvel's Spider-Man 2 will boast noticeably prettier graphics than those of the original. Also worth mentioning is the game's use of 3D sound technology.
