Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Ready for Release
Marvel's Spider-Man 2, potentially this year's biggest PlayStation 5 hit, has gone gold. This means that the game is now ready for release.
Insomniac Games has released a video in which it announced, through Nadjie Jeter (the actor playing Miles Morales), that the Marvel's Spider-Man 2 has gone gold. This means that work on the project has come to an end, and its release, set for October 20 this year, is virtually unthreatened.
Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is heading exclusively for PlayStation 5.
- In Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Peter Parker and Miles Morales must face Kraven the Hunter and the Lizard. The relationship between the heroes will be strained, as under the influence of the new black costume (which is actually a symbiote - Venom) Peter's behavior will change. Miles will have to help his friend and at the same time face his enemies to save New York.
- During the course of the game we will play as either Peter Parker or Miles Morales. When exploring New York, we will be able to switch between the two at any time. The protagonists will use a variety of abilities - both shared and individual.
- The game world will be larger than it was in the original. Two new districts will appear on its map - Queens and Brooklyn. At the same time, moving around New York will be more dynamic, thanks to the possibility of gliding, among other things.
- In addition, compared to the first installment, Marvel's Spider-Man 2 will stand out due to visibly improved graphics - with better textures and lighting, as well as ray tracing technology.
