As it turns out, not only Paralives will pick up the gauntlet thrown down by The Sims. At Paradox Interactive's game show, the company announced the life simulator Life by You. The newly formed team at Paradox Tectonic is responsible for its development - it includes Rod Humble, a developer who has worked in the past on The Sims 2.

Below you'll see the first teaser trailer for this title with a few short gameplay shots. Among them we see excerpts from building a house and leading the lives of virtual people (including even driving a car). Full trailer of Life by You will be released on March 20.

Rod Humble's participation in the project is cause for optimism. After all, he had a major impact on the creation of warmly remembered second and third installments of The Sims. So it can be assumed that he will again provide us with a very good life simulator.

At this point we do not even know the approximate release date or the target platforms of Life by You. It is possible, however, that in two weeks the developers from Paradox Tectonic will decide to shed some light on these and other topics.
