Layers of Fear is a New Psychodelic Horror Game by a Polish Indie Dev Coming to PC
Polish indie developer Bloober Team announced Layers of Fear, a psychedelic horror adventure game about an insane painter. The game is promised to stand out with its constantly shifting environment and thick atmosphere.
While this week the focus of gamers is on big publishers and their AAA titles presented at gamescome, we don’t want to miss smaller, but not less interesting productions. One of them is newly announced Layers of Fear, a psychedelic horror adventure game being developed by a Polish indie studio Bloober Team, who previously released a couple of mobile and indie games, including PS4 Brawl.
Layers of Fear lets you play as an insane painter haunted by visions and deep fears, who strives to finish his lifetime masterpiece. The protagonist’s condition makes him see the house as constantly shifting and each move of the camera can change your surroundings. The game’s thick atmosphere is emphasized by it being set in a 19th century manor with fitting architecture and décor from the period and inspired of famous paintings.
Layers of Fear is releasing this month, 27 August. The game will be available on Windows PC.
