Killer Instinct on PC will be a Windows 10 exclusive
When Killer Instinct hits PC in March 2016 it will be a Windows 10 exclusive. The new release of Microsoft’s fighting game will feature more characters and some rebalancing of the existing fighters.
PC version of Killer Instinct is going to be a Windows 10 exclusive, reddit users found out from a Twitch interview with Adam Isgreen. Fortunately, users of older versions of Microsoft’s OS are still free to update their system. The fighting game, which has been available on Xbox One since November 2013, is going to hit PC in March 2016.
PC players will initially get all the characters that were available in the Season 2 plus at least two more: Tusk and Kim Wu (and more coming in the following months). All fighters will see balance tweaks in order to match the new features coming in Season 3, including major re-working of two of them (not sure which ones, but they surely aren’t Glacius, Aganos, or Shadow Jago).
Besides, the developer promised more community bundles coming in Season 3, noting the huge success of Shadow Jago pack. More information about PC version of Killer Instinct will be revealed at Pax South in San Antonio in the end of January.
