Instinction - Open World Survival Shooter With Dinousaurs
Developers from Hashbane Interactive are working on a co-op shooter with dinosaurs, titled Instinction. The game is to be a spiritual heir to the Dino Crisis series.
IN A NUTSHELL:
- Hashbane Interactive is developing a spiritual heir to Dino Crisis;
- The game is titled Instinction and is designed as a shooter with survival and horror elements, featuring a co-op mode.
Independent studio Hashbane Interactive is working on the shooter Instinction (via The Gamer). The game is supposed to combine elements of survival and survival horror and be a spiritual heir to the iconic Dino Crisis, which enjoyed popularity at the turn of the 20th and 21st century (the last, so far, third installment was released in 2003 on the first Xbox). A teaser was also shown.
Instinction will offer both first- and third-person perspective and will enable us to play in single player and multiplayer modes (in the latter case it's a multiplayer co-op). Players will explore vast locations, fight dangerous reptiles and solve environmental puzzles. In the meantime, we'll develop our equipment and get new items and skins.
The game will be powered by modified Unreal Engine 4 - it will support HDR, ray tracing and DLSS 2.0 - and we must admit that the visuals look phenomenal. Hashbane Interactive's game will hit the PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S. Unfortunately, the launch date is quite distant - it is scheduled for the third quarter of next year.
