Insomniac Games has addressed the recent data theft. The creators of the Marvel's Spider-Man series shared an announcement on the matter on X.

It probably does not need to be explained that the hacking of the developer's servers was a huge blow to the employees. For the past few days, the team focused on "supporting each other" amid "sadness and anger." After all, both the developers' confidential data and that of Insomniac Games' new game about Wolverine were leaked.

Nevertheless, it was assured that - like the game's protagonist - the studio is "resilient." The developer will continue to work on the game and thanked all the people who have shown team their support in these difficult times.
