How to Unlock Salmagundi in Diablo 4. Bug Explained
Completing Chapters in new Season of Blood in Diablo 4 awards you with new items. However, there seems to be an issue with Salmagundi mount, which is not unlocking. Here you will learn more about it.
Season of Blood in Diablo 4 is generally well received by fans. The new expansion has brought less grind, which was salt in the eye of many players. It also strengthened world bosses, that are no longer pinatas, but pose a real threat and challenge adventurers’ skills. The patch introduced a new Season Journey chapter, completing which grants you rewards. Or at least it should since there seems to be an issue with obtaining prizes. If you didn’t receive Salmagundi mount, despite completing the chapter, you are not the only one.
How to unlock Salmagundi in Diablo 4
Process of unlocking Salmagundi in Diablo 4 is very straightforward. All there is to do is to finish Chapter 5 (Slayer). To do that, it is necessary to complete at least 10 out of 12 chapter objectives. It is not required to do all 12 to receive the rewards.

If you haven’t received Salmagundi mount after completing Chapter 5 (Slayer), you are among other players who are in the same spot. The story doesn’t end here, unfortunately, as fans have also reported that no armour for the mount is obtained after completing Chapter 3.
This problem appears to be going on for quite a while now and even recent hotfixes and patches do not help to obtain the mount. Obviously, restarting the game, relogging and whatnot do not work in this case either. This bug is happening regardless of the platform you play on – PC, Xbox, or PlayStation.
As of now there is no solution for this issue, whether official or unofficial one. The only thing to be done is to stay patient and wait for a fix from developers’ side. Opening support tickets with Blizzard can make them expedite working on this bug.
