Many players have appreciated the work of a solo developer, Zeekerss, and ventured into space to look for resources for the malicious Company. The game is still in Early Access and actively being developed. To not wait for new patches and content, fans have taken matters into their own hands and created multiple mods. One of such creations is a Mimic mod that adds a new monster to the game. How to install it? Here you will find the answer.

Installing Mimic Mod in Lethal Company

As the name suggests, Mimic mod adds a new type of monster to Lethal Company that hides by impersonating common objects. The difference is that the mimic does not disguise itself perfectly – it will have an imperfection that distinguishes it from the original item. It will be your task to notice it and react accordingly.

Before the fun (or more anxiety) begins, the modification has to be installed. It follows a standard procedure for installing mods for LC and requires BepInEx as well as LC API. If you are unsure how to deal with them, we have prepared in-detail guide that describes step by step how to do it.

First, you will have to download the modification itself from author’s thunderstore page. It is a zip file that you will have to unpack. It itself already contains a “BepInEx” folder, that you need to put in the main game’s folder.
