Update

Billbil-kun has provided new info on the topic of Horizon: Forbidden West PC. According to the almost infallible informant the game will hit PCs within 15 days.

At the same time he linked a post by @Renka_schedule, according to which on October 6 Horizon: Forbidden West Complete Edition (with a digital soundtrack, artbook and comic book) will go on sale on PlayStation 5. As you can see, the list is missing the Burning Shores DLC. This may mean that it will also be missing from the PC edition (but we can be sure that it will at least go on sale separately).

Original news (September 13)

A few days ago, Singapore's age rating authority approved a new age rating for Horizon: Forbidden West, thereby fueling rumors of a PC release of the 2022 game (via dealabs).

Today a trusted industry insider billbil-kun confirmed the above speculation, citing his sources.

Moreover, according to the Frenchman Guerrilla Games's title is to be released on PCs as a complete edition, i.e. along with the Burning Shores DLC.

In addition, billbil-kun speculates that the PC version of Forbidden West is just around the corner. According to his estimates, the release of the new edition of the game should take place within the next 30 days.

Announcement of Horizon: Forbidden West on PC presumably could coincide with the alleged State of Play show hosted by Sony, which according to rumors, is scheduled for next week.

It's worth noting that the first part of "Horizon," which was ported to PCs in 2020, was also released as complete edition.

Horizon: Forbidden West is one of the flagship productions of the current generation of consoles from Sony stable. The game received an average rating of 88/100 based on 189 reviews posted on OpenCritic.
