High on Life - a humorous first-person shooter created by Justin Roiland, creator of Rick & Morty - was released in December 2022 and quickly became one of the most popular games on Game Pass. This is evidenced by the numbers obtained.
- According to information provided by Squanch Games, the title released on PC and Xbox Series X/S has attracted 7.5 million players since the day of its release (counting combined sales of the game and the number of downloads in Xbox/PC Game Pass).
These are not the only successes of High on Life. The game with constantly talking guns turned out to be the biggest premiere of Game Pass in 2022. In addition, the title is the GP leader among non-Microsoft games and the most popular single-player title in the history of the service.
The main character of the game is a high school graduate who has to save our planet from space invaders. He is accompanied by extremely talkative guns.
