Half-Life 3 Concept Arts Leaked
Concept arts from unreleased Valve games - including the sequel to Half-Life 2 - have surfaced online.
Previously unreleased concept arts from the still-awaited sequel to Half-Life 2 (which could be called Half-Life 2: Episode Three or simply Half-Life 3) and other unreleased projects from Valve have hit the Internet. Thanks to these we get a glimpse of what the iconic studio's next games would have looked like.
The source of these graphics is collector David McGreavy, who, he declares, obtained them from a former Valve employee who was getting rid of his collection. Now they have seen the light of day via Kotaku.
The set contains two graphics from the sequel to Half-Life 2: one shows a group of people standing surrounded by destroyed ships lying on the edge of a huge cliff, and the other shows the so-called "BreenGrub," the antagonist from HL2, Dr. Breen, transformed into a space bug.
In addition, two images that come from other unreleased games from the Half-Life universe have been shared. Both show Alyx accompanied by her robot Dog in a rocky mountain environment.
In addition, David McGreavy presented concept arts from Stars of Blood, a game about space pirates that Valve was working on. They present two characters and an unspecified landscape. It is worth bearing in mind that last year other images from this title surfaced on the web.
