Rockstar's Special Offers on RDR2 and GTA 5 Recaptured Steam

Thanks to recent special offers, Grand Theft Auto 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 returned to the top ten bestsellers on Steam. Despite Rockstar Games' offensive Valheim succesfully defended its leader position.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  1. Valheim's seventh consecutive week at number 1 spot on Steam's bestseller list;
  2. Rockstar Games sale was very popular;
  3. Loop Hero, Forza Horizon , and Tale of Immortal continue to record good sales.

Valve released the weekly list of the biggest (by revenue) bestsellers on Steam. Nothing has changed at the top - for the seventh time in a row Valheim dominates the leaderboard. However, the rest of the list brings some interesting changes.

Third place went to Grand Theft Auto V, which is an impressive achievement, as the game was released on PC six years ago and since then it has been heavily discounted many times, and even given away for free in Epic Games Store. As you can see, despite this, there is still no shortage of people who are eager to buy GTA5. The game broke into the top three Steam bestsellers thanks to last week's special offer on Rockstar Games titles. That sale also secured the number six position for Red Dead Redemption 2.

Independent hits Loop Hero and Tale of Immortal continue to sell well, coming in at number four and ten respectively. Forza Horizon 4 also continues to do very well - different editions of this racing game can be found at number 7 and 8. It is also worth noting that Outriders pre-orders returned to the top ten.
