Green Hell Will Get New Content; Roadmap Revealed
Green Hell fans have something to look forward to in 2023. Creepy Jar has unveiled plans for further development of its hit game.
Although survival horror Sons of the Forest has been breaking popularity records in recent days, one should not forget that a similar (and also praised) game is also available - Green Hell. Representatives of Creepy Jar revealed ambitious plans for the game, while sharing a new roadmap (you can check it out below).
Green Hell - novelties on PC
The infographic reveals that owners of the PC version of the game can look out for as many as three free content expansions. They present themselves as follows:
- Storage & Transportation - will introduce new options for storing and transporting resources;
- Combat Update - will improve the current combat system;
- New Animals - will introduce new animals to the Amazon jungle.
Green Hell - news on consoles
Console players will also not be able to complain about the lack of support from Creepy Jar. This is because they will receive additions that were currently available only on Steam.:
- Animal Husbandry - adds to the game mechanics of catching, taming and breeding animals (capybara, tapir and peccary).
- Building Update - introduces new base building capabilities.
Work is currently well advanced for the release of the Animal Husbandry DLC on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.
"Development of Green Hell has been supported by Creepy Jar in cooperation with the gaming community since the game's Early Access release in August 2018. The studio is constantly listening to the feedback in order to optimally respond to their needs and expectations for the further development of the title. In addition to regular improvements and optimization of the game, Creepy Jar, expanding on the content of the previous roadmap, has additionally released 28 new achievements on Steam, a patch that enables you to name the animals you raise, and a Plant Naming Patch, which enabled the players to name plants found in the Amazon jungle," reads the press release.
