Green Hell Sales Exceeded 2.5 Million Copies
Creepy Jar has announced that it has sold over 2.5 million copies of the survival game Green Hell.
Polish studio Creepy Jar has reasons to be happy. The team boasted [in Polish] that sales of Green Hell exceeded 2.5 million copies. This result includes only releases on PC and consoles Xbox One and PlayStation 4. In fact, the game found even more recipients, because it is also available on Nintendo Switch.
The game's sales results should continue to grow. Creepy Jar also revealed that 1.11 million people have added Green Hell to their wish list on Steam alone. Some of them will sooner or later decide to make a purchase.
Green Hell debuted in August 2018 on PC in early access, and version 1.0 was released thirteen months later. In 2020, a Nintendo Switch port was released, and three months ago the game hit Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Since its release, the game has been intensively developed. In recent months, the first two parts of the free DLC The Spirits of Amazonia were released on PC, and the devs are currently working on the third and final episode. There are also plans to port Green Hell for Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5.
