In this field, the developers from Embark Studios also have a lot to be happy about, as The Finals is enjoying a good reception. Currently on Steam the title has 2314 reviews, 72% (1670) of which are positive., which for a debuting online game with such a large number of players is a rare situation (mainly due to the usually poor operation of servers).

Praise is nice, but players note several pain points that plague The Finals despite earlier testing.
