This Atmospheric Recap Movie Will Prepare You for God of War Ragnarok
If you're anticipating the release of God of War: Ragnarok, Sony has released a short video that will prepare you for it. Check out Myths of Midgard, an atmospheric recap of 2018's God of War. Of course, the footage contains a ton of spoilers.

The release of God of War: Ragnarok is approaching and Sony has decided to remind us about it by releasing a short video titled Myths of Midgard on its YouTube channel. It is a recap of the events of the previous installment in the form of an atmospheric short story. So if you haven't played God of War from 2018 (and don't intend to do so) or you just want to refresh the story of this game to better prepare for Ragnarok, Myths of Midgard is something for you.
In the video, the story of Kratos and Atreus is told by award-winning American actress Felicia Day. It also features Mimir, Odin's former advisor - or rather, his head.
If this form of plot recap does not suit you, you can use the God of War outline provided on the PlayStation's official blog. This version is slightly longer than Myths of Midgard, and more detailed at the same time.
God of War: Ragnarok is scheduled for release on November 9 on PS4 and PS5 consoles.
