God of War Available on PC Thanks to PS Now
From this weekend, all PlayStation Now subscribers can play one of Sony's biggest hits of recent years, namely the PS4 game God of War. The title can also be streamed directly on PC.
Starting this week, PlayStation Now subscribers can run God of War from 2018, one of the biggest PlayStation hits of recent years. The game can be streamed on PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 4 and on PC. All you need is a DualSense pad, DualShock 4, or any other XInput controller. Currently, the service is available only to citizens of 16 selected countries in Western and Northern Europe as well as the USA, Canada and Japan.
PlayStation Now launched in 2014. At the time, the service enabled us to stream games only on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PS Vita, and selected Sony TVs. Over the years, the library of titles available as part of the monthly subscription has been greatly expanded. In 2018, for the first time, Sony also enabled users to download PS4 games directly to the console. As the statistics indicate, this is the preferred way to use the service by many players.
Currently PlayStation Now has over 3 million subscribers who pay 9.99 euro monthly for the access to the catalogue. The service was initially the clear market leader among game streaming services. Currently, when it comes to the offer of available titles and the quality of streaming (only recently it has become possible to stream in 1080p resolution), PS Now lags behind Microsoft's proposal, namely xCloud, which is available at no additional cost to all Game Pass holders.
