Ghost of a Tale Will Get a Prettier Sequel

The amazing adventures of the brave mouse Tilo will receive a sequel. The fantastic land in the sequel to Ghost of a Tale will be generated a top game engine.

Probably many of you are familiar with the action adventure game Ghost of a Tale from independent studio SeithCG. The original, which took five years to develop, was released on PC in 2018 (later the work was also released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles). The title immediately gained the sympathy of many players thanks to its beautiful visuals (you can find reviews here). As it turns out, the just-announced sequel to the game will be even more glamorous.

Tilo the mouse will benefit from Unreal Engine 5

Developer Lionel Gallat confirmed that Ghost of a Tale will receive a sequel. More importantly, the team working on the title will move away from the Unity engine in favor of the more powerful Unreal Engine 5.

A difficult decision

The developer announced on Twitter, that it was a difficult decision for everyone - made several months ago, it set back the work schedule significantly. Nonetheless, the team has high hopes for UE5, which will help to better reflect the fantastic world known from the first game.
