Geometry Dash (GD) - Scratch's Shop not Working Explained

You can customize your experience in many ways, one of which is to buy various things from the Scratch Shop. How to fix Scratch’s Shop in Geometry Dash?
After the recent 2.2 update, players are experiencing a major problem getting into the Scratch’s Shop, where you can purchase skins for your character, trails and more for mana orbs. It's not clear what's causing this bug. After talking to Scratch, who invites you to visit the store, its entire assortment should appear, meanwhile this is not the case. Clicking on Rope only renews shopkeeper’s dialog, however, does not solve the problem.
At this point, the only option is to wait for a new fix from RobTop Games. It is very likely that the latest 2.2 update made the store not working as it should. Therefore, we recommend you to be patient until this annoying bug is fixed.
How to get access to Scratch’s Shop?
In regular circumstances, in order to get to Scratch’s store you need to meet 2 conditions. First of all, you need to get an access to the Treasure room. To find it you need to press the French key and Hammer button from main menu. Later, pick doors in the bottom, right corner of the screen. Entering it will require 5 Keys. Now, find ropes and pull the first one a few times. To unlock the shop you will need to gather 500 diamonds.
