Game refunds are available in Epic Games Store
A few weeks after its launch, the Epic Games Store joins a competition like Steam or Origin and starts accepting complaints, offering a refund for the games you bought.
Continuing to fight for customers, Epic Games Store also began to accept complaints and offer refunds for games, just like all big players on the market. We may get a refund after contacting the customer service office within 14 days of purchase, provided that we have played it for no longer than two hours. If during this time we were e.g. banned or otherwise violated the provisions of the contract with the developer, the title will not be refunded. We can cancel a pre-order at any time. After the release, we are entitled to a standard two week period to cancel the transaction.
The launch of Epic Games Store, which took place a few weeks ago, was on the lips of everyone even slightly related to the industry. The new digital distribution platform began came in strong, offering developers a much bigger margin of profit than their competitors and the prospect of financial support. This enabled Epic to pick up several exclusive titles and began offering free games to all users. Recently, the company even managed to convince Ubisoft to abandon Steam and publish Tom Clancy's The Division 2 on its store.
