Frostpunk Console Edition Official Announcement Trailer
11 bit studios confirmed that Frostpunk, a successful strategy game with survival elements, will hit PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The console release is to be adapted to the specificity of the platforms and will include all the add-ons available so far.
11 bit studios officially announced what had been rumored for some time - Frostpunk a strategy game with survival elements, nominated for a BAFTA award and appreciated by the media around the world, will be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The console edition does not have a set release date yet, but the devs would like to finish their work in the summer, this year. The developers have also published a trailer, which you can see below.
Adaptation is to be prepared in such a way as to best fit the aforementioned platforms- developers are working on a new interface and planning to change some mechanics to make the gameplay more natural. In the console version, we will also find all the free additions available on PC (including the Fall of Winterhome scenario). The company also plans to create new expansions.
Let us remind that Frostpunk was released on PC on April 24, 2018.
