New Trailer for Flashback 2 - Sequel to Old Hit
The team from Microids Studio Lyon has released a new trailer for Flashback 2, a sequel to a classic 1992 game.
Microids Studio Lyon has released a new trailer for Flashback 2, a continuation of an iconic game from the 1990s.
The trailer shows a number of gameplay sequences and various locations that we will visit during the adventure. An interesting element of it is that we can see some refreshed locations from the original.
The game will be a direct sequel to the first part. Conrad and his allies will once again face off against the Morphs, who pose a threat to all civilizations. To make matters worse, his friend Ian will be kidnapped before the protagonist's very eyes, and it will be up to us to discover who is behind it and to rescue our companion.
Flashback 2 will debut in November 2023 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and Nintendo Switch. The classic 2D view, familiar from the 1992 original, will be replaced by modern 2.5D. This will not be limited to graphics alone - this change will also give the players more freedom of movement, enabling us to explore maps in three dimensions.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that Paul Cuisette, the father of the Flashback brand, is involved in the work.
