Six long years after its initial announcement in 2019, Path of Exile 2 finally arrived in early access on December 6, 2024. Despite some server issues and performance hiccups, the game has already attracted over 500,000 concurrent players on Steam. While the overall reviews suggest the game is excellent, some players are experiencing increasingly frustrating bugs, including the Mektul boss in Molten Vault or the Undamaged Core that cannot be found.

How to find Undamaged Core in PoE 2

Undamaged Core is a side activity located in Aggorat. You can enter it starting from Act 3 and later re-enter through the time gate. The second method will force you to defeat Miller each time (there is a chance that developers will change it). However, once you reach the encampment, you will be able to use Waypoints to Act 3.

The main issue with the Undamaged Core for most players is that it often fails to appear, even after clearing the location completely and eliminating all enemies. Since the item is supposed to drop from a random mob, it seems likely that this side quest is bugged.

While a few players have successfully obtained the Undamaged Core, confirming its existence, the bad news is that if you don’t find it on your first attempt, you’ll need to complete Aggorat again and hope it drops the next time. It's important to remember that PoE 2 is in early access, so these kinds of issues are to be expected.
