Final Fantasy XV confirmed for Windows 10 PC
It might not be a big surprise for Final Fantasy fans, but it's still good news. Final Fantasy XV has been confirmed for Windows PC - that version is coming in early 2018.
Looks like Square Enix was waiting for the right moment to confirm what the company had teased early this year at GDC 2017 – Final Fantasy XV is officially coming to PC. The announcement was made during Nvidia’s conference at the Germany-based gamescom 2017 expo, which obviously came along a showy presentation of visual fireworks that are going to enhance the experience. The PC version of the game is going to feature 4K resolution textures, 3D sound with Dolby Atmos, realistic turf and hair simulation and a lot more. Watch this trailer:
Final Fantasy XV PC Edition will launch on Windows 10 PC, Steam and Origin in early 2018. Besides all the visual enhancements, that version is going to include all DLC released on consoles so far. The latest installment in one of the most famous jRPG series has first launched on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in November 2016, where it gained much acclaim and many favorable reviews (its current Metascore is 81 for PS4 and 83 for XONE).
